Delays may occur due to high demand, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers. As a dropshipping store, this includes shipments from China and other countries outside the European Union.
Because orders are shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are calculated based on factors such as destination, weight, and shipping method. Any additional fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers are not included in the shipping costs shown at checkout.
Responsibility for Delivery
Once tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing an order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
