Return Policy

At James & Rose Toronto, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and procedures clearly.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing items beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Ordering the same product in multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning part or all of the order is not permitted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email at info@jamesrosetoronto.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

After your return request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Please note that our suppliers are located outside the European Union, including China, as we operate using a dropshipping model.

Returned items must be shipped entirely at the customer’s own expense. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the carrier or local authorities.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery. James & Rose Toronto is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided that it meets all return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval and will be issued using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability

James & Rose Toronto is not responsible for lost packages when tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. Changes reported after this period cannot be guaranteed.
